Key Requirements

Strong knowledge of Amadeus GDS

Good understanding of airline reservation systems

Knowledge of major airline codes (AA, DL, UA, AC, EK, EY, QR, BA, LH, etc.)

Knowledge of international and domestic airport codes (JFK, EWR, ORD, LAX, DEL, BOM, LHR, YYZ, YVR, SYD, DXB, AUH, DOH, etc.)

Ability to create, modify, reissue, and cancel PNRs

Understanding of fare rules, baggage policies, ticketing, and exchanges

Experience handling US, Canada, Europe, Australia, and India routes

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi

Strong sales and closing skills on inbound call

Ability to convert flight inquiries into bookings

Customer-focused approach with qualified phone etiquette

Knowledge of consolidator fares, published fares, and airline promotions

Experience With OTA/travel Agency Sales Preferred
