Role Description The Presales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This position is responsible for engaging prospective customers, understanding their housing and lifestyle needs, and presenting Ankura Homes projects and offerings in a explicit, compelling manner. Day-to-day tasks include conducting presales consultations, preparing and delivering sales presentations, coordinating site visits, and supporting the sales team with detailed project information and proposals.



The role involves collaborating with project management and integration teams to ensure customer requirements are accurately captured and aligned with project plans. The Presales Manager is also expected to track leads, maintain presales documentation, and provide regular insights to management on customer preferences and market trends.
