Sysgrowcare is a marketing and lead-generation agency. We run social media, content, and ad campaigns for clients, mainly in real estate and education. We're looking for a creative person to join our team and make our brands stand out.

Role Overview
You will design and edit creative content for our clients' social media and ad campaigns. This includes static posts, banners, reels, and short videos.

Responsibilities
• Design social media posts, ad creatives, banners, brochures, and logos
• Edit short-form videos and reels (cuts, transitions, subtitles, music, motion text)
• Create ad creatives for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns
• Follow brand guidelines and client feedback, and deliver on time
• Make revisions quickly and keep files organised
• Come up with fresh creative ideas and trending formats

Requirements




• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools
• Video editing experience in Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar
• Good sense of colour, typography, and layout
• Portfolio of past work (required)
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
• Stable internet and a laptop or desktop to work from home
• Willing to visit the office occasionally when needed

Valuable to Have
• Experience in real estate or education creatives
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics
• Understanding of ad creatives that convert
