We have worked with 1,000+ customers dealing with concerns such as acidity, bloating, IBS, GERD and other digestive issues. We are now building a modern D2C health brand combining time-tested Indian ingredients and gut health rituals with contemporary products and experiences.
About the RoleWe are looking for a highly organised, analytical and hands-on Operations Executive who can help manage the day-to-day engine of our business.
This is a generalist role with exposure across logistics, e-commerce, finance, customer engagement, supply chain, vendors and business reporting. You will work closely with the founders and get broad exposure to how a fast-growing health D2C business operates.
The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys solving problems, working with data,



coordinating with multiple stakeholders and getting things done.
Key Responsibilities1. Logistics & Order Management• Manage day-to-day order processing and fulfilment
• Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for pickups, deliveries, delays, RTOs and returns
• Track orders and ensure timely resolution of delivery issues
• Monitor COD orders, cancellations, RTO and return rates
• Maintain accurate operational records

2. E-commerce Operations• Manage day-to-day operations across the MOSHA website and e-commerce platforms
• Monitor orders, payments, discounts, inventory and product listings
• Coordinate with technology/e-commerce partners to resolve operational issues
• Support website and checkout optimisation
• Ensure smooth customer journey from order placement to delivery

3. Supply Chain & Inventory• Track inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability
• Coordinate with manufacturers, packaging ven
