About The Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll & HR Operations professional to manage employee lifecycle processes, payroll coordination, HR operations, and statutory compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage employee onboarding, employee codes, documentation, and employee master data.
• Handle monthly payroll processing and payroll inputs, including attendance, leaves, LOP, incentives, deductions, recoveries, etc.
• Manage employee data and HR operations through the HRMS.
• Coordinate and ensure timely PF, ESIC, PT, TDS and other applicable statutory compliances.
• Verify payroll data and conduct monthly reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Handle Full & Final Settlements, including notice period, leave, recoveries and other applicable components.
• Maintain accurate employee records, payroll reports and HR MIS.
• Coordinate with Finance, employees, consultants and external vendors for payroll and compliance-related matters.




• Track compliance timelines and support implementation of applicable labour law requirements.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in attendance, payroll, employee data and compliance records.
• Support company reporting and dashboarding, including preparation, maintenance, and regular updating of HR, payroll, and employee-related dashboards and MIS reports.

Requirements
• 2–3+ years of relevant experience in Payroll & HR Operations.
• Strong understanding of Indian payroll and statutory compliances.
• Hands-on experience with any HRMS/payroll software.
• Good knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, TDS and labour law compliances.
• Good command of MS Excel and data reconciliation.
• Strong attention to detail, ownership and ability to meet monthly deadlines.
• Positive communication and coordination skills.
