? CTC: Up to ₹17 LPA
? Reporting To: Plant Head – VP
Role & Key Responsibilities
• Lead overall production operations and ensure achievement of production targets.
• Drive OEE, productivity, capacity utilization, yield, and process efficiency.
• Ensure effective coordination with PPC for production planning and customer delivery requirements.
• Monitor Plan vs. Actual and proactively address production bottlenecks.
• Reduce rejection, rework, scrap, downtime, and manufacturing losses.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, process parameters, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Drive 5-Why, 8D, CAPA, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and 5S initiatives.
• Lead production support for NPD, trials, process development, and industrialization.
• Provide inputs for APQP, PFMEA, Control Plan, and PPAP.
• Lead and develop Production Managers, Engineers, Supervisors, and shop-floor teams.
• Coordinate with Quality, PPC, Engineering, Tool Room, Maintenance, Stores, Purchase, and NPD.
• Drive cost reduction, waste elimination, process optimization, and continuous improvement.
