Role Description The Computer Specialist role at Taxcart is a full time remote position responsible for supporting, maintaining, and optimizing systems that power the Taxcart platform. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting technical issues, monitoring system performance, and assisting with software updates and integrations related to tax automation services. The role involves collaborating with engineering and product teams to implement improvements, document technical processes, and ensure stable, secure, and efficient operations.
The Computer Specialist will also provide technical guidance to internal stakeholders, support end users, and contribute to continuous enhancement of tools and workflows.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Programming skills, with experience in modern languages and an understanding of software development best practices.
