Role Description The Onsite Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing daily operations at sports infrastructure project locations. This role includes supervising construction and installation activities, coordinating with contractors, vendors, and internal teams, and ensuring work is completed on schedule and within quality and safety standards.



The Onsite Manager will monitor resource allocation, handle site documentation and reporting, and address operational issues promptly. The role also involves regular communication with clients and stakeholders, conducting site inspections, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and applicable regulations.
Qualifications

• Strong site management and project coordination skills, including experience overseeing construction or infrastructure projects.
• Solid understanding of quality, safety, and compliance standards in facilities or sports infrastructure environments.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills to work with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Organizational and problem-solving abilities, including scheduling, resource planning, and issue resolution at the site.
• Proficiency in basic project documentation, reporting, and use of productivity or project
