Role Description The Account Manager – DACH Region is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This position is responsible for managing and growing relationships with customers from the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), acting as the main point of contact for their survey and research platform needs. Day-to-day tasks include onboarding new clients, conducting product demonstrations, coordinating implementations,



and ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction and retention. The role involves monitoring account health, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, collaborating with sales and product teams, and responding to customer inquiries in a timely, solution-oriented manner. The Account Manager will also gather client feedback, support localization and regional requirements, and maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems.
Qualifications

• Proficiency in account management and customer relationship-building, with experience supporting clients in international or SaaS environments.
• Robust communication skills, including fluent German (C1) minimim and very good English, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of online survey tools, market research, or data analytics platforms, and the ability to translate client needs into product solution
