Job OverviewWe are looking for a professional, well-organized, and presentable Front Desk Receptionist / Front Desk Manager with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The candidate will be responsible for managing the office front desk, welcoming guests, handling visitor entries, coordinating with internal teams, managing calls, and ensuring a smooth and professional experience for everyone visiting the office.
The ideal candidate should have a friendly personality, a customer-focused approach, strong organizational abilities, and the confidence to handle front desk operations independently.
Key Responsibilities• Manage the front desk and ensure a skilled and welcoming office environment.
• Welcome and greet guests, clients, candidates, and visitors in a courteous manner.
• Maintain guest entry records, visitor logs, and appointment details.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding guest visits, meetings,



interviews, and appointments.
• Handle incoming phone calls, emails, inquiries, and messages professionally.
• Guide visitors to the appropriate departments or team members.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth guest handling and communication.
• Manage meeting schedules, appointments, and basic calendar coordination.
• Handle basic administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, documentation, and maintaining office records.
• Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and presentable.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve routine issues politely and efficiently.
• Maintain confidentiality of company information and visitor records.
• Support general office administration and other front desk activities as required.
