Role Description The Growth Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Patna,



responsible for driving sustainable business growth for Panacea Biotec’s products in the assigned territory. This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing relationships with healthcare professionals, institutions, and distributors, and executing territory-level sales and marketing activities. The Growth Executive will conduct regular market visits, monitor competitor activity, ensure proper product availability, and support demand generation through scientific engagement and promotional initiatives. The position also includes tracking sales performance, preparing periodic reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to strengthen brand presence and customer satisfaction.
