Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Bhubaneswar. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue recent business opportunities, including partnerships with institutions, corporate clients, and individual learners. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting outreach through calls, emails, and meetings, and presenting academy programs to prospective clients.



The role involves building and maintaining long-term relationships, managing key accounts, tracking sales activities, and reporting performance metrics. The Executive will also collaborate with the marketing and training teams to refine offerings, support campaigns, and ensure a positive experience for all stakeholders.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in New Business Development and Business growth activities.
• Candidates should possess effective Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, pipeline management, and follow-up.
