Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat. This role is responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers, understanding their financial and protection needs, and recommending suitable life insurance solutions across protection, child education, retirement, savings, investment, and health plans. Day-to-day tasks include meeting prospective and existing clients, conducting needs analysis,



presenting product options, assisting with policy enrollment, and providing ongoing service and support. The Relationship Manager will also coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy servicing, handle customer queries and concerns, and contribute to achieving branch and individual sales targets. The role requires diligent documentation, compliance with regulatory and company policies, and active participation in local marketing and customer engagement initiatives.
