Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and responsible Property Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our coliving properties. The candidate will be responsible for resident coordination, property maintenance, staff supervision, issue resolution, and ensuring smooth overall operations.

Key Responsibilities• Manage daily operations of the coliving property.
• Handle resident queries, complaints, check-ins, and check-outs.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, security, maintenance, and other support staff.
• Ensure rooms and common areas are maintained properly.
• Monitor repairs and maintenance and coordinate with vendors when required.
• Maintain records related to residents, occupancy, payments, complaints, and property operations.
• Ensure property rules and operational standards are followed.
• Conduct regular property inspections and identify maintenance or service issues.




• Coordinate with the management team regarding vacancies, resident concerns, and operational requirements.
• Handle emergency or urgent property-related situations professionally.

Candidate Requirements• 3–5 years of relevant experience in property management, coliving, hostels, PGs, hotels, serviced apartments, facility management, or a similar role.
• Positive communication and people-handling skills.
• Must be able to read and write English.
• Ability to manage staff, residents, vendors, and multiple daily operational tasks.
• Responsible, organized, and capable of resolving issues independently.
• Candidates familiar with Bengaluru and the respective property locations will be preferred.
