Aryaa Legal & Partners LLP is looking for a Practising Advocate – Litigation to join our litigation team in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle litigation matters independently from case briefing to final disposal.
* Draft, review and file plaints, written statements, petitions, applications, objections, affidavits, rejoinders, appeals and other pleadings.
* Appear before District Courts, High Court and other judicial/quasi-judicial forums, as required.
* Conduct hearings, argue applications and effectively represent clients before the courts.
* Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies based on applicable laws, precedents and facts.
* Manage case files, court dates, filing requirements and procedural compliances.
* Coordinate with clients, senior advocates, counsels and court staff.
* Attend mentions, hearings, evidence proceedings, arguments and other court-related matters.
* Monitor case progress and provide timely updates to clients and the firm.
* Handle urgent litigation requirements and ensure timely filing of pleadings and applications.





Candidate Profile

* LL.B. / B.L. degree from a recognised institution.
* Valid Bar Council enrolment and eligibility to practise law in India.
* Prior experience in litigation practice is preferred.
* Strong drafting, legal research and oral advocacy skills.
* Valuable understanding of court procedures and litigation processes.
* Ability to independently handle matters and meet strict deadlines.
* Strong communication, analytical and case-management skills.
* Willingness to regularly appear before courts and handle litigation assignments.

What We Are Looking For

A committed litigation practitioner who is comfortable with court work, drafting, research, client interaction and day-to-day conduct of litigation matters, and who wants to build a long-term litigation practice.
