About the RoleWe are looking for a Performance Marketer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in planning, executing, optimizing and reporting performance campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads, with a strong understanding of lead generation and e-commerce campaigns.
You will be responsible for managing campaigns end-to-end — from understanding the brief and building media plans to campaign execution, optimization, performance analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Execution• Plan, set up and manage performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google and other relevant digital platforms.
• Translate client/business objectives into clear campaign strategies, audience plans and performance KPIs.
• Set up campaigns, ad sets, audiences, budgets, bidding strategies and conversion tracking.




• Manage campaigns across different funnel stages — Awareness, Consideration, Lead Generation, Conversion and Retargeting.
• Conduct audience research and develop relevant targeting strategies.

Campaign Optimization• Monitor campaigns regularly and optimize based on CPM, CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, CVR, ROAS, frequency and conversion quality.
• Conduct A/B testing across audiences, creatives, placements, formats, copies and landing pages.
• Identify underperforming campaigns/ad sets and take corrective actions.
• Manage budget allocation across campaigns based on performance.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scale campaigns.

Analytics & Reporting• Analyse campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and dashboards.
• Track campaign performance against planned KPIs and budgets.
• Work with CRM/client data to analyse lead quality, conversion
