Role Description The Operations Supervisor is a part-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing daily operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient workflows. This role involves supervising frontline teams, monitoring performance against operational targets, and coordinating resources to meet project and service delivery timelines. The Operations Supervisor will track key metrics, identify process improvements, support compliance with safety and quality standards, and assist in resolving operational issues.



The role also includes preparing basic reports, maintaining clear communication with management and team members, and supporting training and guidance for staff as needed.
