Role Description
This is a full time Sales Executive role located in Kozhikode. The Sales Executive will handle daily interactions with prospective customers, including explaining project details, conducting site visits, and addressing queries about pricing, specifications, and payment plans. Responsibilities include generating leads,
following up on inquiries, maintaining a sales pipeline, and meeting sales targets for residential projects.
Qualifications
• Strong customer relationship skills, including clear communication, active listening, and professional presentation abilities.
• Sales and negotiation skills, with experience in lead generation, closing deals, and achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Basic knowledge of real estate concepts, pricing structures, and local market trends in Kozhikode, Kerala.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Prior experience in real estate or related industries is preferred.
