Role Description The Revit MEP Modeler is a full time, on-site role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The role involves developing accurate Revit MEP models for HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical systems in coordination with architectural and structural models.



The modeler will interpret design drawings and specifications, create detailed layouts, and update models based on design changes and clash detection results. Daily tasks include collaborating with project engineers and BIM coordinators, maintaining modeling standards and templates, and preparing views, schedules, and documentation for shop drawings and design validation. The Revit MEP Modeler will also assist in quality checks, ensure adherence to project timelines, and support continuous improvement of BIM processes and workflows.
Qualifications
• Strong proficiency in Revit MEP and BIM tools, including experience in 3D modeling, coordination, and clash detection.
• Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, construction documentation, and industry standards.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings, specifications, and design guidelines.
• Effective collaboration skill
