Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Representative to promote and generate business for Smart Glass and Smart Film solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience in dealing with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Consultants, and Corporate Clients, with a robust understanding of the interior and architectural industry. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, conducting product presentations, generating enquiries, and converting leads into orders.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
• Promote Smart Glass and Smart Film solutions to Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Consultants, Contractors, and Corporate Clients.
• Generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, and market research.




• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects and interior design firms.
• Identify upcoming construction, commercial, residential, hospitality, and healthcare projects.
• Follow up on enquiries and convert prospects into customers.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by the company.
• Coordinate with the technical and project teams for successful project execution.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, proposals, and sales activities in CRM or reporting formats.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

• Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in:
o Interior Products o Architectural Products
o Glass Industry o Construction Products
o High-End Interior Solutions
