We're hiring: Strategy & Growth Lead at CI360 | Ahmedabad (On-site)
At CI360, we work across the full brand cycle for a diverse portfolio, from government and B2B technology to luxury real estate, fintech, FMCG and D2C brands.
We're looking for someone who can think like a brand strategist and run accounts like an owner.
What you'll do:
• Shape brand positioning, communication strategy and campaign plans
• Lead a portfolio of client accounts and work directly with founders and senior stakeholders
• Build integrated plans across social, digital, websites, WhatsApp, OOH, events and performance
• Lead creative, content, design and performance teams from brief to execution
• Plan and direct AI-led work like AI mascot content, AI videos and AI-assisted production
• Drive launches, event IP communication and on-ground activations
• Manage budgets, track performance and contribute to new business pitches

You'll be a excellent fit if you have:




• 2 to 4 years in brand strategy, account management or integrated marketing (agency experience preferred)
• Strong strategic thinking and the ability to understand new businesses quickly
• Confidence managing senior stakeholders and multiple accounts
• Curiosity about AI tools for marketing and the judgement to use them well
• A good eye for storytelling and creative quality
