Digital Marketing Manager, BuyNoida (Noida / Full time)
BuyNoida is a Noida-based real estate advisory working with homebuyers and investors across the Noida Expressway, Sector 150 and Greater Noida. We're looking for one person to own our online growth: paid ads on Meta, Google and other platforms, SEO, and landing pages that turn traffic into qualified real estate leads.
You'll handle:-
• Meta and Google Ads campaigns, from setup to optimisation
• Lead forms, audiences and retargeting for high-ticket property buyers
• SEO for buynoida.com and PropertyCalculator.in
• Building and A/B testing landing pages
• Tracking with Pixel, GA4 and conversion APIs, plus weekly reporting on CPL and lead quality
• Working with the sales team to improve lead-to-site-visit conversion





You have:-
• 2+ years in performance marketing, ideally real estate lead generation
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and WordPress or similar builders
• Proof of results: share a campaign with real CPL and conversion numbers
• A habit of testing, measuring and cutting what doesn't work
