Favcy is building a media-led venture-building and business ecosystem that brings together entrepreneurship, investors, brands, capital, content and business entertainment. Our flagship IP, Kal Ke Krorepati – Shubh Labh (KKK), is being developed as a large-scale business entertainment platform with distribution through JioHotstar. Our portfolio also includes Rally Pitch, Ek Faisla, and a growing set of events, conferences and founder-focused platforms.

Role Overview:
We are looking for commercially driven sponsorship sales professionals to build Favcy's sponsorship and strategic partnerships business. This is not a conventional media advertising role.
You will create and close high-value partnerships between Favcy and leading brands, institutions and organisations across our television/OTT IPs, events, digital platforms and business ecosystem. The role covers the full sales cycle: opening doors, understanding the client's objective, creating the proposition, pitching, negotiating commercially, closing the partnership and growing the relationship.
Depending on experience and designation,



you may independently own a portfolio of accounts and properties or take responsibility for a larger revenue vertical.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own and deliver agreed sponsorship and partnership revenue targets.
• Close Title, Co-powered, Associate and customised strategic partnerships across Favcy's IPs, events, content and platforms.
• Build and maintain a solid pipeline across brands, agencies and institutional partners, with accurate forecasting and CRM discipline.
• Develop customised, multi-platform proposals around brand building, consumer engagement, thought leadership, product launches, CXO and founder engagement, and content marketing.
• Build relationships with CMOs, Marketing Heads, Brand Heads, Founders, CXOs and media agency leadership, and convert them into revenue opportunities.
• Develop agency-led sponsorship opportunities and generate repeat and referral business
