Role Description The Sr. Manager – Accounts (CA-FICO) will oversee the end-to-end accounting, financial reporting,



and SAP FICO-related activities for the company’s operations. This full time, on-site role based in Raipur involves managing general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, cost accounting, and monthly/annual closing processes, ensuring compliance with statutory and internal policies. The role includes supervising the finance and accounts team, reviewing reconciliations, monitoring cash flows, and supporting budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls. The Sr. Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize financial processes, implement and maintain SAP FICO configurations, and support audits and regulatory filings. The position requires a hands-on approach to process improvements, risk mitigation, and timely, accurate financial decision support to leadership.
