The Role




The Business Architect will work with management and teams across regulatory, commercial, operations, technology and product functions to understand business priorities and translate them into workable solutions.
You will examine existing processes, systems and operating models, challenge areas that are no longer effective and help design better ways of working.
Some projects may involve technology implementation or digital transformation, while others may focus on organisational structure, workflow design, process improvement or business planning. The ability to understand the wider business context while paying attention to operational details will be important.
This is a practical role for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems and can move confidently between strategic conversations and detailed process discussions.
