Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Gurgaon. This role is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of customers by providing advisory-based life insurance solutions and ensuring high levels of service.



Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with existing and prospective customers, understanding their financial protection and savings needs, and recommending suitable products. The Relationship Manager will coordinate with internal teams and distribution partners, support policy issuance and servicing, and maintain accurate records in line with company processes. The role also involves meeting sales and relationship management targets, adhering to compliance standards, and representing the company’s customer-centric values.
