Role Description This is a versatile, remote and field-based internship role based out of Durgapur, designed for students and freshers seeking hands-on professional exposure. The intern will support program coordination for skilling and CSR projects,



assist in data collection and documentation, and help drive digital and institutional outreach. Daily tasks include executing outreach activities, maintaining accurate records of trainees and partners, supporting event logistics, and assisting with candidate communications.
The intern will work closely with project leads to gain deep, practical insight into social impact operations, vocational training processes, and human resource management. This engagement operates on a flexible output-based model, providing an Official Internship Experience & Completion Certificate alongside performance-based task incentives.
