About the role:
Disha Capital Insurance broker is looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Assistant Vice President – Corporate Relations to drive business growth and strengthen our presence in the corporate insurance market.

This is a hands-on sales leadership role for a professional with strong experience in Corporate Sales in terms of General Insurance. The leader will be responsible for driving recent business acquisition, building strategic relationships with senior corporate decision-makers,



developing a strong business pipeline, achieving revenue targets, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization. The role combines strategic sales, and technical expertise across Employee Benefits, Fire, Engineering, and Liability insurance.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of acquiring and managing corporate clients, closing high-value deals, and independently driving business growth. The leader shall have his own book size as well of premium. This is a team role.

Key Responsibilities:
● Independently drive new corporate business acquisition and achieve assigned revenue targets.
● Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified corporate opportunities.
● Build relationships with HR managers, benefits managers, and C-suite executives.
● Conduct digital and in-person presentations, negotiate deals, and close contracts.
● Drive end-to-end sales from pros
