Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Architectural BIM Modeler with 3+ years of hands-on experience in Autodesk Revit. The candidate should have robust architectural modeling skills and mandatory experience working with LOD 400 and LOD 500 BIM deliverables.
Key Responsibilities• Develop and maintain detailed Architectural BIM models using Revit.
• Create architectural elements including walls, floors, doors, windows, stairs, roofs, ceilings, and façade components.
• Develop and deliver models at LOD 400 and LOD 500.
• Create and manage Revit families as per project requirements.
• Prepare plans, sections, elevations, details, schedules, and construction documentation.




• Coordinate Architectural models with Structural and MEP disciplines.
• Perform clash detection and model coordination using Navisworks Manage.
• Update models based on design changes and project requirements.
• Follow BEP, BIM standards, naming conventions, and project-specific requirements.
• Perform model QA/QC and ensure accurate and timely BIM deliverables.

Required Skills• 3+ years of experience in Architectural BIM Modeling.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit Architecture.
• Mandatory LOD 400 & LOD 500 experience.
• Revit Family Creation & Management.
• Working knowledge of Navisworks Manage and clash detection.
• Good understanding of architectural drawings and construction details.
• Experience with GCC/Middle East projects is an advantage.
