Job Overview

Real Dreams Enterprises Limited is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to develop business, generate leads, and build strong relationships with customers in the steel and construction industry.
Key Responsibilities

* Conduct regular field visits to generate new business opportunities.

* Visit steel dealers, distributors, retailers, and construction material suppliers.

* Develop relationships with builders, contractors, construction companies, and project owners.

* Promote and sell steel products, including TMT bars (Sariya) and other construction materials.

* Identify potential customers and generate new sales leads.

* Follow up with existing and prospective customers to convert leads into sales.





* Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain customer relationships.

* Submit daily field visit reports and sales updates to the reporting manager.

* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications

* Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or field sales.

* Candidates with experience in the steel, TMT bars, construction materials, building materials, or infrastructure sectors will be preferred.

* Experience dealing with builders, contractors, steel dealers, or construction companies is desirable.

* Positive communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.

* Ability to travel locally and conduct regular field visits in Daltonganj and nearby areas.

* Target-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to work in a field sales role.
