Role Description The Sales Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and driving sales of the company’s tile products to retail, commercial, and institutional customers.



The Sales Executive will conduct client meetings, showroom visits, and site visits; prepare and deliver product presentations and quotations; and negotiate pricing and terms within company guidelines. Daily responsibilities include maintaining an updated sales pipeline, following up on leads, coordinating with internal teams for inventory and delivery, and providing post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also requires tracking market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support continuous improvement in sales strategies.
Qualifications
• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to convert leads into long-term customer relationships.
• Customer service and relationship management skills, including effective communication and follow-up.
• Basic knowledge of tiles, building materials, or interior design, or willingness to learn product features and applications.
