Role Description This is a full time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Noida. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads,



and build a strong pipeline across Crystal Hues’ language, data, and multilingual staffing services. The role involves managing client relationships, preparing and presenting proposals, coordinating with internal teams to design solutions, and supporting contract negotiations. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, tracking performance against targets, and providing regular sales forecasts and market feedback. The Business Development Executive will collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to drive revenue growth and strengthen the company’s presence in key domestic and international markets.
