About the Role
Corenest Tech LLP is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruiter Intern to join our HR team. This internship provides practical exposure to recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and hiring operations.
Candidates who demonstrate consistent performance, professionalism, and strong recruitment skills during the internship may be considered for a paid opportunity based on organizational requirements and performance.

Key Responsibilities
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and applications according to job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate communication and basic screening calls.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and the HR team.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.




• Assist in preparing and posting job descriptions.
• Coordinate with candidates regarding interviews, assignments, and selection updates.
• Maintain proper records of shortlisted, selected, and rejected candidates.
• Support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment activities.
• Ensure timely and professional communication with candidates.

Requirements
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in Recruitment and Human Resources.
• Comfortable communicating with candidates through calls, email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
• Positive organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Freshers and students pursuing HR, Management, or related fields are welcome to apply.
