Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in New Delhi. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue recent business opportunities, build and manage a strong sales pipeline, and generate leads through research, networking, and outreach.
The role involves presenting Mindarc’s solutions to schools, coaching centers, and other partners, conducting product demos, and negotiating commercial terms. The person will manage key accounts, ensure high levels of partner satisfaction, and collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with market needs. Regular reporting on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity is also an important part of this role.
Qualifications
• Strong new business development and lead generation skills, with experience creating and managing a sales pipeline.
• Solid account management and relationship-building capabilities to nurture and grow partner accounts.
• Excellent communication and business skills, including clear presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
• Experience in ed-tech, education services, or SaaS sales is highly beneficial.
