We are looking for an Inside Sales Manager to join our growing sales team.
This is a high-energy, client-facing role focused on creating and converting sales opportunities through proactive outreach, lead qualification, relationship building and disciplined follow-up.
You will be responsible for taking prospects from the first conversation to a qualified opportunity and, wherever appropriate, through to a site visit and sales conversion.
THE ROLE
Inside Sales at Risaia is not a call-centre function.
It is about starting the right conversations with the right people and creating enough trust and interest for those conversations to progress.
You will work across:
Lead Generation → Outreach → Cold Calling → Qualification → Nurturing → Meetings → Site Visits → Follow-up → Conversion
You will be expected to actively build the pipeline rather than depend only on inbound enquiries.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. LEAD GENERATION & OUTBOUND SALES
• Proactively identify potential buyers through research, databases, referrals, networks and other relevant sources.
• Build and maintain prospect lists.
• Conduct regular cold calls and outbound calls.
• Initiate conversations with prospective clients through phone, WhatsApp, email and other appropriate channels.
• Introduce Risaia and its projects in a explicit, confident and engaging manner.
• Generate new sales opportunities through proactive prospecting.
• Explore new channels and approaches for generating qualified prospects.
2. INBOUND LEAD MANAGEMENT
• Respond quickly and professionally to incoming enquiries.
• Understand the prospect's requirements, preferences, budget and purchase intent.
• Qualify enquiries and prioritise genuine opportunities.
