Role Description The Sales Director (Contract) will lead end-to-end sales activities, focusing on expanding HPIPL’s presence in parking infrastructure across key regions.



This remote role involves developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and driving revenue growth through consultative solution selling. The Sales Director will build and maintain relationships with developers, facility owners, government bodies, and corporate clients, overseeing proposals, negotiations, and closure of large contracts. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing sales operations, setting performance targets, mentoring sales teams, collaborating with marketing and technical teams, and ensuring a high standard of customer service and post-sales support. The role also includes monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales plans and support long-term business development.
