About the role
We're looking for a Creative Director who thinks differently and isn't afraid to take an idea somewhere unexpected. You'll lead the creative vision across our brands and campaigns, guide our design and content team, and turn client briefs into work people actually remember.
What we're looking for
• Sharp creative thinking and an out-of-the-box approach to every brief
• Strong content sense in both Malayalam and English, from campaign ideas to captions to copy
• Scriptwriting skills for reels, ads, and brand films
• Guide the team from concept to final output, giving clear feedback and maintaining a high quality bar
• Mentor and grow team members, bringing out the best in each of them
• Someone versatile and dynamic, who can move between brand, social, and video without losing quality
• The ability to lead, mentor, and bring out the best in a creative team
• A portfolio that shows ideas, not just execution
