Role Description This full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role is based in Ahmedabad and focuses on driving growth for Servertra’s business support and digital solutions. The Sales Specialist will identify and qualify leads, conduct outreach via calls, emails, and in-person meetings, and present Servertra’s services to potential clients in a clear, consultative manner. The role involves managing the sales cycle from initial contact to closing, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools,



and following up regularly to build long-term client relationships. The Sales Specialist will collaborate with internal teams to understand service offerings, support proposals and pricing discussions, and meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with startups, entrepreneurs, and MSMEs.
