About the Role
We're looking for a Communication Strategist who can blend creativity with strategy to craft powerful brand narratives and marketing communication plans.
You'll define how brands speak, what they say, and where they say it - working at the intersection of audience insight, creative direction, and platform thinking to deliver communication that is both compelling and strategically sound.

Key Responsibilities
Brand Communication & Strategy
● Develop and articulate brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and tone of voice.
● Build integrated communication strategies across digital, print, and experiential platforms.
● Support new business pitches with strategic communication ideas and narratives.
● Analyse audience insights, trends, and competitors to inform strategic direction.
Creative Collaboration
● Collaborate with creative, content, and digital teams to ensure consistent brand storytelling.




● Translate insights into impactful creative direction and clear, inspiring briefs.
● Apply logical thinking and problem-solving to resolve creative or execution challenges.
Performance & Project Oversight
● Define KPIs and KRAs for the creative team; monitor performance and maintain accountability.
● Support project management to deliver campaigns on time and within defined scope.
● Track communication effectiveness and identify learnings for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills
● 4-7 years of experience in brand strategy, communications, or marketing.
● Agency experience preferred.
● Strong understanding of consumer psychology and market dynamics.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Proven ability to translate insights into impactful creative direction.
● Solid organisational skills with effective file management, workflow structuring, and time discipline.
