About the RoleWe are looking for a highly organized and dependable Admin Manager to manage day-to-day administrative operations, office infrastructure, vendors, facilities, documentation, and internal coordination.
This role requires someone who can bring structure to administrative processes, negotiate effectively with vendors, manage multiple priorities, and ensure smooth functioning of the workplace.





Key Responsibilities• Manage overall office administration and facility operations.
• Handle office infrastructure, housekeeping, security, maintenance, utilities, stationery, and other administrative requirements.
• Identify, evaluate, negotiate with, and manage external vendors and service providers.
• Manage vendor contracts, quotations, purchase orders, invoices, renewals, and payment coordination.
• Maintain administrative budgets and track monthly expenses.
• Coordinate office procurement and asset allocation.
• Maintain records of company assets, laptops, furniture, access cards, SIM cards, and other equipment.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and exit-related administrative activities.
• Manage travel, accommodation, courier, logistics, and meeting-room arrangements when required.
