As we continue expanding across India, we are looking for an Area Sales Manager – Delhi NCR to take ownership of the region and drive market expansion, distribution and revenue growth.
The RoleThe Area Sales Manager will be responsible for building and scaling AWE Foods across Delhi NCR and surrounding markets.
The role involves managing distributors, expanding retail presence, developing HORECA and institutional business, driving secondary sales and ensuring strong execution across the territory.
This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial sales role for someone who enjoys building markets and taking ownership of results.
Key Responsibilities• Own sales and business development for Delhi NCR and surrounding markets.




• Develop and execute the regional sales plan to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Identify, appoint and manage distributors and stockists.
• Expand AWE Foods' presence across General Trade, Contemporary Trade, Premium Retail and Gourmet Stores.
• Develop the HORECA, hotel, restaurant, café and institutional business.
• Identify new accounts and convert high-potential customers.
• Drive primary and secondary sales across the territory.
• Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, key accounts and institutional customers.
• Ensure effective product availability, visibility and merchandising.
• Plan and execute product launches, sampling activities and promotional programs.
• Monitor distributor inventory, orders, collections and outstanding payments.
• Conduct regular market visits and track outlet coverage and sales performance.
• Monitor competitor products, pricing, promotions and market activity.
