Role Description The Sales Consultant role is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru. This role involves engaging prospective and existing clients to understand their learning and development needs, presenting Edvolve Consulting’s solutions, and guiding them through the decision-making process. The Sales Consultant will conduct client meetings, prepare and deliver tailored presentations, manage the sales pipeline, and follow up on leads to drive conversions. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in CRM systems,
collaborating with internal teams on proposals and pricing, and ensuring a smooth handover to delivery teams. The role also includes monitoring client satisfaction, addressing concerns promptly, and supporting long-term relationship building to encourage renewals and referrals.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Sales Consulting and Consulting skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Candidates should possess Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to build trust, maintain relationships, and ensure a positive client experience.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident presentation abilities.
• Candidates should ideally have experience in B2B or education-related sales, familiarity with CRM tools, and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
