Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Associate role based in HSR Layout, Bengaluru. The person in this position will identify and qualify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build a strong pipeline of prospective customers for Bhanzu’s math learning solutions.



Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, reaching out to potential partners or clients, delivering presentations and demos, and supporting sales closures in collaboration with the business development and growth teams. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, preparing reports on key metrics, and providing feedback to internal teams to enhance offerings and go-to-market strategies. The Business Development Associate will represent Bhanzu’s mission to schools, parents, and other stakeholders, ensuring a qualified, learner-focused experience at every interaction.
