You will lead client accounts end-to-end: understand the business, identify growth opportunities, manage Meta and Google campaigns, and turn insights into experiments that improve performance.

Core Responsibilities1. Account Ownership & Growth Planning
• Own 2–4 client accounts, depending on the depth of work required. We believe in focused account ownership.
• Understand each client’s business model, customers, unit economics and growth targets.
• Build a prioritised growth roadmap across campaigns, creatives, offers and landing pages.
• Identify the biggest performance bottlenecks and translate them into clear weekly actions.
• Own execution, track outcomes and use learnings to decide what happens next.

2. Paid Media: Meta + Google
• Plan, launch, manage and scale campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Own campaign structure, budgets, testing, optimisation and scaling decisions.
• Diagnose performance changes across media delivery, creative effectiveness and conversion.




• Maintain strong Google Search hygiene across search terms, negatives, match types, ad copy and budgets.
• Use insights across channels to improve targeting, messaging and the customer journey.

3. Creative Strategy & Experimentation
• Translate customer research, reviews, objections and performance data into creative hypotheses.
• Identify the angles, hooks, messages, proof points and formats worth testing.
• Give the creative pod or client production team clear, actionable briefs.
• Work with the creative team to prioritise production and maintain a consistent testing pipeline.
• Analyse results, understand why ads worked or failed, and guide the next round of iterations.
• Use AI tools to build quick concepts or variations when practical.

You own the direction and learning agenda for creative testing, with production supported by the creative pod and client teams.
