• Promote and sell German language training programs.
• Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and meetings.
• Maintain accurate lead and candidate records in CRM tools.
• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
• Build robust and long-term relationships with candidates.
• Coordinate with operations and training teams for smooth candidate onboarding.





Candidate Requirements• Graduate in any discipline.
• 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Counselling, or Inside Sales.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Good interpersonal, convincing, and relationship-building skills.
• Target-oriented approach with a passion for sales and counselling.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple leads.
