About The Role

The Power Systems & Electrical Safety Technology Leader role at Procter & Gamble is a critical position responsible for managing and advancing the electrical safety network, systems, and standards on a global scale. This role requires a highly skilled electrical engineer with a passion for power delivery technology and safety protocols. The successful candidate will lead initiatives to improve power system resiliency, reduce costs, and enhance safety across all organizational sites.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant engineering experience, particularly in electrical or power systems projects. A bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Safety Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields is required. Candidates should have prior experience with safety systems, team management, and a strong understanding of electrical safety programs, including knowledge of P&G;'s safety protocols.
