Role Description The Head – Agritourism Business is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru, responsible for leading and growing DS-MAX’s agritourism initiatives. The role involves designing and implementing agritourism business strategies, including developing farm-based experiences, stay packages, events,



and learning programs that attract a broad customer base. Daily responsibilities include overseeing operations at agritourism sites, coordinating with farm managers and on-ground teams, managing budgets and revenue targets, and ensuring high-quality customer experiences. The role also requires building partnerships with local communities, vendors, and travel partners, driving sales and marketing campaigns, and monitoring performance through regular analytics and reporting. The Head – Agritourism Business will mentor and manage cross-functional teams, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and continuously improve offerings based on customer feedback and market trends.
