Role Description This is a full time, on-site Inside Sales Executive role based in Bengaluru North. The Inside Sales Executive will handle inbound and outbound calls, qualify leads, and convert prospects into opportunities for CloudShinePro’s training and consulting services. Responsibilities include managing lead pipelines, following up with potential learners and corporate clients,



conducting product and course presentations, and maintaining accurate CRM records. The role involves collaborating closely with marketing and delivery teams, providing timely customer support, and meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets. The Executive will also gather market insights and customer feedback to improve offerings and strengthen client relationships.
Qualifications
