Role Description The Construction Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project execution for in office construction activities in Madurai. This full-time role includes planning project scope, scheduling work, coordinating with site engineers, contractors, vendors, and clients, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and local regulations. The Project Manager will monitor budget and resource usage, track progress against milestones, and resolve on-site issues to keep projects on schedule and within cost.



Daily responsibilities also include supervising quality of workmanship, preparing reports and documentation, and supporting continuous improvement in construction processes and site operations.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Project Management and Construction Project Management skills for planning, execution, and delivery.
• Candidates should possess Project Coordination skills to align site teams, contractors, and suppliers.
• Candidates should possess Construction Management skills to oversee on-site operations, safety, and quality standards.
