About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Intern - Clinical Representative to manage and support the day-to-day activities of an assigned clinic. The intern will work closely with audiologists, clinic staff, and patients to ensure a smooth and qualified hearing-care experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day activities at the assigned clinic.
• Coordinate with audiologists and clinic staff for smooth patient care.
• Welcome, assist, and coordinate with patients during their clinic visits.
• Coordinate appointments, consultations, hearing assessments, trials, fittings, and follow-ups.




• Assist patients with basic information regarding hearing aids and related services.
• Support hearing-aid demonstrations, trials, fittings, and deliveries under supervision.
• Coordinate device-related requirements such as servicing, repairs, accessories, and replacements.
• Maintain accurate patient records, follow-up details, and clinic reports.
• Ensure timely follow-up with patients after consultations, trials, and fittings.
• Handle basic non-clinical queries and escalate clinical or technical queries to the audiologist.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and follow company and clinic protocols.
• Escalate clinic-related issues to the reporting manager when required.
